1.    Claim public funds.
A lot of people will ignore what is written on their visa and still go to claim freebies from council, thinking they are smart. You will know how smart you are during ILR application. You are not entitled to ANY public funds. But kids you had here on work visa are entitled to free education from reception and free NHS.

 
2.    You can not take money no matter how small from a client, not even a gift: Someone’s COS was cancelled because a client who she made hair for, gifted her money. The agency found out and cancelled her COS.

3.    Any complaints or compliments from clients in care should go through the company management. Avoid over familiarity with clients and their family. 


4.    Travelling for more than 3 weeks on work visa. You will need to explain what you went for to the home office during ILR application.

5.    Working in another company. You can work for 15hrs extra to the hours stipulated on your COS in another company, but the role should be the same with the one you were granted visa on. You however can work as long as you want in the company that issued COS.


6.    Over familiarity with colleagues. They are nice doesn’t mean they are your friends. They will throw you under the bus in a split second. Work and go home. The ones wey too laugh with you, Na dem report pass. Ndi uchu

7.    Sessual relationship. Am not sure, I need to over emphasis on this. I can count how many COS cancelled over this. The only thing I can say is ZUKWANUNUIKE. 


8- If you are not trained to do medication. Don’t do it, even if it’s cream to apply, as long as the cream is on controlled medication, don’t apply, leave it to the seniors on shift who are trained to apply medication:
