Things You Need To Enable You Get a Sponsorship Job
1. Your Certificate
Certifications are awarded by professional organizations to confirm that you have specific knowledge or skills needed to do a job. Typically, you earn a credential after you’ve completed your education or gained experience through an internship, residency or time on the job.
Certification involves meeting specific standards and usually passing an exam. The credential is usually valid for a limited time and must be renewed periodically. Employers may require that you achieve certification before being promoted or receiving a raise.
2. Your Experience
Some of your most
relevant experience may come from part-time jobs, internships,
service-learning, volunteer work, class projects, jobs, military
experience, clubs/student organizations, memberships, leadership
experiences and other activities. Emphasize only the skills that are
relevant.
3. UK standard CV
A 2-page CV format
is more acceptable in the UK than in the U.S. (in America, 2-page CVs
are usually only for candidates with decades of experience). One-pagers
do exist, but it's also common to have your CV printed on BOTH sides of
the sheet. Cover letters are often used in the U.S.
4. IELT general (optional In some case)
The IELTS General Training test is suitable for those applying to study below degree level.
This includes an English-speaking school or college. It can also be
taken for work experience or other employment training. IELTS General
Training is also required for migration to Australia, Canada, New
Zealand and the UK.
5. Character reference
A character reference (also known as a personal reference) is a letter written by someone who knows the candidate and can speak to their character and abilities. Unlike professional references, the person writing the reference is not an employer.
